BYLAWS
AMENDED BYLAWS
The Amended Bylaws were accepted by unanimous vote at the May Monthly meeting, 5/01/2024. The Amended Bylaws were signed and notorized, then submitted to Grafton County for recording. Please review so you are in the know regarding our club Bylaws.
RULES
The Bylaws allow the Directors to create rules when needed. These rules, may, at a point in time then be added to the Bylaws. The club will be presented with any revisions to the bylaws and will vote to Revise the Bylaws at such time as needed.

ARTICLE IV – Officers and Directors
Item 9 . The Board of Directors will establish and publish all Rules and Regulations as needed and create and publish Operating Procedures for the activites of the club and its facilities.
