Directors

In accordance with the Bylaws – Article VI – Officers and Directors

The officers of the club shall be a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer. There are five directors and one alternate director. Acting together, they shall constitute the Board of Directors. They shall be elected by a majority vote of written ballots cast during the annual meeting. Nominations for officers and directors are placed during the February regular meeting and the annual meeting. They are to serve a term of one year.
