Remember – the Annual Meeting is Saturday, April 4th 2026 at 2 pm at the American Legion in Woodsville, NH.
If you have not already renewed your Membership in the Club – the Annual Meeting is a great time to do that.
We will have the election of Officers.
Some news about that – Gary Griswold will not be seeking re-election. He has done a great job in this position but he wants to take a ‘lesser’ position with the club.
So will have an Opening for a President. We did not receive news of this in time to take nominations for the Presidents position in February.
We will have a white board at the front of the meeting. We will put nominations and the position that the individual is nominated for on the White Board. We will be asking for Nominations during the meeting, before we pass out the ballots. You will have ample space to write in your choice on the ballot.
We also will be taking nominations for an Alternate Director.
If you want to nominate anyone for any position please come to the meeting to make the nomination when we call for nominations.
The ballot will contain those that are current Officers or Directors, you can nominate someone else for any of those positions.
Please remember – a person has to be a member of the Club for 5 years to be an Officer and a member of the Club for 2 years to serve on the Board of Directors.
