The Annual Beanhole – Baked Beans and & Ham Dinner is fast approaching. Saturday September 28th starting at 12 noon we will be doing the cleaning and set up at the club house. Any members that can help with this would be appreciated.
Schedule for Sunday 9/29/2024
- 7 am – Volunteers arrive
- Finish the set up
- Bake the rolls
- Get the Beans & Ham into the large serving dishes to warm them.
- Get the Apple Cobbler into the oven to warm
- Wrap Silverware
- Set up to sell Raffle Tickets and Dinner Tickets
- 9 am – Trap Shooting
- All are invited to participate in the rounds of trap shooting that will be held from 9 am to Noon
- 1 pm – Dinner serving will start

Raffle tickets are still available at Gateway Sports in Wells River
as well as Tuesdays at 4pm and Sundays at 9 am at the Club – during Trap Shooting
The Raffle Tickets and Dinner Tickets will be available at the door on Sunday September 29th.
