Open the file that will go to your Download folder
Fill in the fields starting on Page 2 that are light blue. Tabbing will take you from one field to the next.
When you have filled in all 3 pages (other than where a signature is required) you can then send the file to your printer by clicking on the printer icon.
Sign & Date the forms on page 2, 3, 4 where required.
Mail the forms to AVFG Club – PO Box 60 – Woodsville, NH 03785 or bring the forms with your renewal payment to a meeting.
Or you can just print the pages and fill the forms out by hand….the choice is up to you. Printed copies will also be available at the meeting, at the trap shooting sessions on Sundays (weather permitting during the winter months), as well as at Gateway Sports in Wells River.
