It was brought to my attention that I had the Annual Meeting for 2025 on Wednesday, April 2nd on the March 2025 calendar. This has been corrected.
The correct date for the Annual Meeting was on the April Calendar. The March Calendar has been corrected to show that the Annual Meeting is April 5th at 2 pm at the American Legion Hall in Woodsville.
This meeting is when we elect Officers and Directors. We take membership applications and renewals and start off the new year at the club.
The March 6th Meeting at 7 pm at the American Legion in Woodsville should be when we submit the individual for the Officer and Directors positions so that a ballot can be created for the voting on April 5th 2025.
